Founded in 1973 by Mr. Abdulhaq Bhati, Bhati Construction began its journey in Muscat, under the reign of Sultan Qaboos bin Said. At just 16, Abdulhaq had a vision for the booming city, foreseeing opportunities in the construction sector. Working alongside his father and uncle, he started as a foreman for small housing projects, learning the ropes of the trade. In 1976, he undertook his first independent construction project, showcasing his remarkable willpower to learn and grow.
During the formative years, Abdulhaq collaborated with Khalfan bin Wahabi, a trusted friend, to manage government-related projects. Together, they navigated challenges and supported each other, laying the foundation for BHATI Construction’s success. By 2020, the company had become a well-established player in Oman’s construction industry, a testament to Abdulhaq’s unwavering dedication and vision.
